Sam Practice Planner July 09

Time Available to Practice per week: 8 Hours  for Golf. 4 hours for Fitness

Areas:

Short Game: 2 hours

Do lots of par 18 game.  Bunker practice.

Putting: 4 hours

Work on stroke. Good posture, swing the putter back and through using the shoulder blades

Golf Swing: 2 hours

Work on take away.

Fitness: 4 hours
